I have spent nearly 30 years in IT, the last several as Strategic Advisory Manager at Core Managed IT Services leading a team of vCIOs. I understand the MSP business from the inside – the client relationships, the team dynamics, the documentation challenges, and the leadership decisions that determine whether an MSP grows or stalls.
