Brent Lacy is an author, MSP leader, and rural ministry practitioner. He serves as Strategic Advisory Manager at Core Managed IT Services, founded RewiredMSP.com and MinistryPlace.net, and hosts the Rural Think Tank Podcast. Long bio
Brent Lacy has worked in IT since 1997 and ministry since 1998. He serves as Strategic Advisory Manager at Core Managed IT Services, where he leads a team of vCIOs. His public MSP work includes the Rewired MSP book series and RewiredMSP.com, where he writes for owners and leaders who want clearer systems, better client conversations, and a business that is not dependent on one exhausted person.
Brent spent 15 years as a youth pastor in rural Illinois, Missouri, and Indiana and still preaches regularly in small churches. He founded MinistryPlace.net to provide practical resources for small and rural churches and hosts the Rural Think Tank Podcast, a conversation about rural ministry as it is actually lived. He is the author of books on MSP leadership and rural ministry.
